Ablosika Noluthando L. Williams is the Bodyworker-Spiritualist whose signature work integrates her formal training in Eastern and Western massage therapy / energy work with her training in indigenous healing systems from Southern and Western Africa, the Caribbean and Turtle Island.  She currently lives and works in the San Francisco East Bay (N. CA) and periodically holds bodywork clinics in Los Angeles, CA.  Because much of her work can be done across distance, she also works with clients around the country to help them achieve deeper levels of physical, emotional, spiritual and mental balance to heal their bodies and bring order to their lives. 

 

Ablosika Noluthando began practicing as a Certified Massage Therapist in 2001 when she founded and began operating Tahara Therapeutic Bodywork.   She is certified in Shiatsu, Thai, Polarity, Cranial Sacral, Circulatory, Deep Circulatory, Tui Na for Chakras, Myofascial Release Sports Therapy, and Nurturing the Mother Fertility Massage.   Since 2001, Ablosika Noluthando's work has been the vehicle for profound transformation in the lives of individuals, families, groups of friends, organizations and companies shifting into being our Higher Selves.

Ablosika Noluthando was formally introduced to the divine nature and scientific sophistication of African healing systems while in South Africa in 1997.  Five years later, her ancestral spirits from southern Africa called her to take rites in the Sangoma tradition that allowed her to begin working as a spiritualist.  Her ancestors also instructed her to walk many paths to honor additional ancestral spirits in her lineage .  This led her to spend many years in ceremonial service to the Red Road (Indigenous Turtle Islander  spiritual paths), Ifa (Yoruba, West Africa) and Mami Wata Vodou.  She was also able to study healing practices in Haitian Vodou while in Haiti.

Transcend Well is birthed from the skills and experiences Ablosika Noluthando has gained in her years as a practicing Certified Massage Therapist and initiated Spiritualist.  Her journey has given her a deep respect for the efficacy of natural medicine practiced around the world that supports the body's ability to heal itself.
